Sr. RFIC Design Engineer
As an RFIC Design Engineer you will be involved in all levels of design including: analyze topology tradeoffs and generate detailed specifications; propose circuit level implementations; perform RF transistor level design, simulation, and optimization; and direct/optimize layout of RF blocks, parasitic extraction and verification. You will also be involved in RFIC characterization and bench testing of silicon.
Requirements:
- MSEE or equivalent.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in IC and communications systems design including RFIC design experience in the following areas: full custom RF CMOS or BiCMOS circuit design, design of Mixers, VCOs, PLL, ADC/DAC, Oscillators and various analog support circuitry.
- Experience with the following tools: Cadence Tools, Agilent ADS and/or AWR Analog Office.
